My presentation focuses on The Magical Effects of Self-Empowerment:
"Tapping into your inner bravery, believing in your capabilities,
and unveiling the courage within to be your perfectly, imperfectly unique self"
The focus of my presentation as a keynote speaker or at a workshop
would be on self- empowerment. Self-empowerment begins with kind self-talk, self-love, and self-awareness. I have traveled a journey of discovering my own self-empowerment: A continuous process that requires constant practice and participation. I have had highs and lows throughout my life and have persevered. I have gained perspective on how to negotiate obstacles, setbacks, and even hardships which has supported me in being my better self.
How do we negotiate those moments in life when standing alongside self-doubt or battling with the nagging voice of “I can’t” or “I’m not enough”? Some of the most vulnerable moments in life take us down a rabbit hole in allowing external circumstances or internal doubt to control us rather than us walking with a lighter mindset.
The way in which we talk to and see ourselves within our circumstances is only one version of reality. While it feels very real to us, so often it is not real, in fact, it is the furthest version of “truth” that it can be. By modifying our mindset to practice believing in our capabilities and stepping into the vulnerable self-talk moments with a focus on “I can”, “I will”, and “I am”, we ignite something deep within our subconscious that evokes self-empowerment.
There is an energetic shift of possibilities that accompanies the way in which we talk to and see ourselves within our reality. Self-empowerment is a continuous journey of practicing self-worth and self-love.
When we:
-
Take responsibility for our well-being in place of staying in victimhood
-
Believe in our capabilities in place of focusing on our limitations, and
-
Strive for continuous personal growth in place of standing still due to fear or self-sabotage,
We become the most capable version of our perfectly, imperfect self.
Believing we are enough helps us align to our truer potential and is more reachable when we practice better self-talk every day. This practice can often lead to a more fulfilled and purposeful life. In doing so, we ignite the most magical journey of our lives.

There was a time in my life where depression was so deep that it had me questioning all that I thought I knew. I didn’t know how to be or who to be, and I was questioning everything around and within me. I did not know how to be a wife, a mom, or even myself. Moreover, I have struggled with severe dyslexia. It was so challenging in my younger years that it wasn’t until after high school where I began to read with any consistency. The knowledge that I gained from my experiences is that, like so many other road-blocks in our lives, these are only moments, they do not define me nor set limits for my personal goals and self-worth. By honoring them, treating them with respect, and embracing vulnerability, I began to see and embrace my better self. My journey of self-empowerment began through changing my mindset, negotiating with myself to become my better person, and embracing my being with compassion and love.

I found myself called to sit in one of Natasha’s live engagements. To my surprise the conversation she was having about being empowered and the way we think can really change so much in us. Her kindness, her integrity and the way that she just can whisper into your habits supported me to really deeply think about myself interactions. To this day I still feel moved to do better for myself.

I listened to Natasha’s podcast; I found she is uniquely finding that way into my personal beliefs that needed to be changed to help me to be a little bit more deeper understanding of myself so I can be in my inner happiness and willingness to believe in myself deeper. The interesting thing is I understand she my not know she is doing this.
